Our deployment programs provide you with the expert knowledge and resources to reduce your installation and implementation time. Key benefits of these programs include:

On-site installation of specified products are offered during regular business hours (9am – 5:30pm EST) and can also be made available after-hours and on weekends. This includes professional project management for complex projects, quality assurance checklists for device configuration, and multiple skill sets. Remote installation options are also available for off-site assistance and pre-configuration.

Implementation Benefits Scope-of-Work document is provided outlining complete procedure and deliverables.Our deployment program process includes a Statement of Work (SOW), developed as a collaborative effort between IRONWALL and the customer, which describes the specific tasks, scope of work, and deliverables for each project.


Site Survey

IRONWALL provides planning services that include asset and configuration documentation as well as suggestions for improving operating efficiency when appropriate.


Remote configuration and support for installations

You company doesn’t have the resources to manage and monitor your Network Appliance(s). IRONWALL professional IT management solution is the answer.  IRONWALL offers online delivery of configuration settings and pre-scheduled telephone support for installations. This service is intended for customers that have physically installed the IRONWALL products and need assistance in configuring the products to their environment.

Kick Off Services

IRONWALL’s Kick Off Program offer is selected in conjunction with the purchase of one of our supported vendor products. It offers short-term manufacturer certified engineering resources from IRONWALL that provide timely, cost-effective remote telephone assistance with installation and implementation. The Jump Start Program is a scheduled event and is available in 2 and 4 hour increments. We offer this program to our clients during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
