Ironwall Solutions, Inc Returns Policy
- Ironwall Solutions offers a 30 day no-hassle, 100% money back return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information not listed, please contact your Ironwall Solutions account manager.
- Please call 888-476-6955 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.
- All equipment returned MUST: be 100 percent complete. They must contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
- Ironwall Solutions strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
- If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Ironwall Solutions to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Ironwall Solutions immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Ironwall Solutions of damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Call 888-476-6955 or your Ironwall Solutions account manager to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise.
- DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to the manufacturer within 30 days from the invoice date for replacement, exchange or repair.
- NON-DEFECTIVE returns may be accepted directly by Ironwall Solutions within 30 days from the invoice date, at Ironwall Solutions discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
- DEFECTIVE merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer direct or any authorized service center in your area. Additional manufacturers may be added to this list as: manufacturer policies change, manufacturer goes out of business or in the case of specially ordered items.
- Any discrepancies with what you ordered and what was received must be brought to our attention within 3 business days of you receiving the order.
Unopened software may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of invoice date. Software licenses cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless first authorized by the manufacturer. NOTE: Multiple licenses may not be returned beyond 30 days for any reason.
License Return Policy:
Since licenses are generated at the time of purchase they cannot be returned for a refund unless you are within a 30-day trial period of the Barracuda appliance.
Wrong Product Ordered:
You are fully responsible for what you order. Ironwall Solutions cannot be held liable for products you purchase that do not work in your environment. We try to provide the latest information available to you but you should rely directly on the manufacturer's website for all of the details.
Important Note:
If the terms and conditions stated on your purchase differ from those stated on our invoice, and you do not notify Ironwall Solutions of such within 15 days, it shall signify your acceptance of our original terms as stated on our invoice.

For all prices, products and offers, Ironwall Solutions reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. High volume bids welcome! (Credit card charges are not submitted until time of shipment. No surcharge for credit cards.)
