IRONWALL Solutions is looking for a top tier Sales Professional with experience in IT Infrastructure Solutions. This individual will be able to demonstrate consistent results in selling solutions from industry leading manufacturers such as Barracuda, Nokia, Cisco Systems, IBM, HP, Oracle, CA and Symantec. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding revenue in their assigned geographic territories and increasing name recognition among clients and partners alike.
Our ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality and be able to adapt quickly to a fast paced and ever changing environment. This individual will have tremendous communications skills including written, telephone and in person. The most successful candidates will have a “get it done” attitude. Overall this person will be an asset and consistently and continually add value to our already successful team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Select, develop and manage moderately complex sales opportunities with both new and established, targeted prospects / clients across all industries within a regional territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendor partners such as Network Appliance, IBM, Cisco and Computer Associates, as well as other strategic alliances
- Develop new business from initial account planning and inception through engagement closure by implementing corporate consultation and services
- Apply significant knowledge of the prospects/client’s business operations, resources, industry, and direction to sell solutions comprising of hardware, software and integration services
- Work closely with inside sales staff to handle all quotes and follow through to help maintain prospecting new opportunities and positioning our services portfolio
- Responsible for meeting companies annual revenue objectives
Responsible for reporting to senior management results and progress
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience with a strong understanding of consultative and solutions selling
- Sales of Enterprise Storage Management Solutions
- Sales in Leveraging Indirect Models Utilizing Partners and/or Channels
- Must be highly entrepreneurial and willing to learn advanced technology
- Attaining and exceeding all sales quotas established in recognizing quarterly and annual performance
- Excellent relationship manager, engaging prospects / clients capability and strong credibility
- Ability to sell across targeted prospects / clients organizations through selling hardware and/or software and solution sets
- Developing, establishing and managing influential networks with targeted prospects / clients to strengthen knowledge of the business, industry, and geographic practices
- Identifying, developing, negotiating, and successfully closing new engagement agreements with clients that will encompass hardware and software products and value-added solution sets
- Initiating and influencing internal resources / practices to effectively coordinate targeted sales and business development efforts in a team-based sales approach
- High energy, result-oriented, self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Polished and poised with unquestionable integrity
Education Requirements:
- BS/BA required (or equivalent relevant work experience)
- Vendor specific sales training/certification highly desirable
